The lashes are made from a cruelty-free faux mink material.

The most natural lash is No. 3. It's perfect for an everyday look.

The most dramatic lash is No. 4. We recommend this lash for a more bold look.

Apply using a lash adhesive, allow adhesive to get tacky. Recommended to use a pair of tweezers. Begin application on center of the lashline and adjust laterally.

The lashes should be removed before beginning your makeup removal routine. Gently pull the lash strip from the outer corner first and slowly separate the strip away from your real lash line.

Remove carefully. After use, place lash back into lash tray.

We do not recommend showering or sleeping in the lashes.

Glue and an applicator are not provided with the lashes.

You can use any temporary lash adhesive to apply your lashes.

Yes, you may wear mascara. Recommended to apply mascara before lash application.

We process your order as quickly as possible, therefore are unable to modify or edit an order once it has been submitted.

Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your order via the tracking number that was sent. Please note that once the tracking number has been distributed LYBRE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Yes, but at this time not all locations are available. Please attempt to checkout with your address to check your location. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Yes, you are responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs.

Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products. Order refund requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. If an item may be considered defective, please email support@lybrelashes. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
